Choice White Grease

Choice White Grease – A specific grade of fat produced from the rendering of animal by-products, all or mostly pork. It is sold on the specification of a maximum 4% free fatty acids (FFA), a maximum 1% of moisture (M), insoluble impurities (I) and unsaponifiable matter (U) combined, a hardness (titer) minimum of 36 degrees Celsius and a Fat Analysis Committee (FAC) color maximum of 13 -11B.
